Returns Policy

How do I return an item?

Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt and notify Customer Care within 3 business days if you need to return product for any reason. Returns are not accepted after 30 business days.

All product returns require pre-approval. You may submit a Return Authorization Request online at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care toll free at 888/275-6662 or email us at

Terms and Conditions
Damage or loss in shipment may be covered by your insurance and/or common carrier. Please check these resources prior to calling Nomadic.

Unused standard product in its original condition and packing materials may be returned for a full refund. Nomadic reserves the right to limit the return of standard products ordered in quantities exceeding 5 or more. The following display products may be returned.

• SignLine Banner Stands
• Instand Frames and Magnetic Struts
• Counters
• Lights
• Shelves
• Cases

Custom products including graphics are not returnable under any circumstances.

Freight for returned product is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Restocking Fees
Returned standard products are subject to a restocking fee of $50 per order.

Return Process
To return product due to a Nomadic error, please call Customer Care, and we will coordinate the return at no charge to you. Nomadic is not equipped to accept COD shipments.

For all other product returns, simply complete and submit the Return Authorization (RA) Request below.

Within 24 hours of receipt you will receive an approved RA Form pdf via email. If you do not receive it, please contact Customer Care.
1. Please package only those products pre-authorized for return.
2. Place a copy of your completed RA Form inside the shipment.
3. Please mark each box with the RA number on your form, including the shipping label and place a copy of the RA Form in each box. Send your product to:

Upon receipt, inspection, and acceptance of the returned product, Nomadic will issue credit for the product cost only to the credit card used for the purchase. Products returned damaged or unable to be resold will not receive credit. Refund credit takes between 3 to 4 weeks.
