Within 24 hours of receipt you will receive a completed Return Authorization (RA) Form pdf via email. If you do not receive a completed form, please call our Customer Care Team at 800/732-9395.

Within 30 days of receipt of your Return Authorization Form:
1. Please package only those products in need of repair. Product(s) not pre-authorized for return will incur handling and evaluation fees.
2. Place a copy of your completed Return Authorization Form inside your shipment.
3. Please mark each box with the RA number, including the shipping label and place a copy of this form in each box.

Inbound freight for the repair is the responsibility of the sender. If we have not received your repair shipment within 30 days, contact Customer Care to reactivate your RA number.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the damaged product and you will be contacted by Customer Care.

If the damage is covered by our warranty we will repair and return ship your product via UPS Ground at No Charge. UPS Ground normally delivers within 5 business days or less. However, you may request and fund expedited freight by returning your email notification to us with your UPS or FedEx account number.

If the damage is not covered by our warranty you will be contacted by Customer Care advising you of the repair cost along with a credit card authorization form. Simply email the completed Credit Card Authorization Form back to Customer Care and we will proceed with the necessary repair(s) and supply your own UPS or FedEx account number/mode for return shipment. Your credit card will be charged for the repair.

Our normal turn around time for portable product repairs is 5 business days upon approval and then is prepared for shipping.
