Should you hire a professional greeter for your trade show booth?

It’s a great idea to use outside help in your booth to be the visitor’s first point of contact, and give your company a
professional face. Plus, it will free up your time to engage in longer conversations with hotter prospects. Once you have decided exactly what you want them to do, you can then decide who will best fit the bill. Do you want a straight forward ‘meeter and greeter’ receptionist, or do you want someone to actively ‘hook’ visitors? You may even decide to combine the role with a ‘booth attractor’, such as a magician, balloon modeller or caricaturist.

Whoever you chose, take the time to properly brief them and make them feel part of your team to ensure you get the most out of them.
