What you should look for in a new table top display or exhibition display?

Trade Show Exhibit

Simplicity: Looking for a simple way to display your message or showcase your products? The solution is a lightweight, cost-effective portable table top display!

Pop-up table top displays make transportation, shipping and set-up quick and easy. Each pop up display comes complete with its own small-wheeled shipping case and choice of fabric colors.

Looking for a 2-sided display? The solution is a versatile, lightweight folding panel display. All display panels are covered on both sides with your choice of fabric color for greater space, flexibility and image area.

Various accessories are available for your display including lighting, graphic headers and imprinted table covers with your company logo or image.

Whether you exhibit at career fairs, chamber events or tradeshows, table top displays make set-up quick and easy.

Portability: Table top displays offer the maximum combination of impact and portability. Ranging in size from a folding panel system the size of a brief case to an 8' wide x 62" tall pop up display, a well designed table top display can make the best use of your trade show budget without giving up any of your trade show presence. There are numerous options to customize your table top display. Depending on the model you select, your options can include built in television monitors, shelving, backlit graphics or fabric covering on both sides. Some models may be expanded to create a full height display when you are ready for one.

Table top displays are an excellent solution as an alternative to your full height exhibit for smaller shows, for allowing representatives to attend simultaneous events, for job fairs and training workshops or for a permanent lobby display.

How can I make my table top display stand out?

  1. Bring your own tablecloth or table runner to your event. This will enable your table to stand out in a crowd.
  2. If your table top display will allow space, erect a stand-alone presentation board. On the board, you can show how clients can benefit by using your services.
  3. If there is wall space, but your budget is minimal, use your trusty desktop publishing software to create a template of your company name.
  4. Arrange your table top display and presentation materials in level. Put the larger materials in the rear and smaller, shorter materials in the front.
  5. Develop a PowerPoint presentation to display on your table (if an electrical outlet is within reach of your booth). You can make it on your desktop computer and transfer it to a laptop, which you can rent or borrow if you don’t already have one. Your visitors will find this visually appealing and it will draw in their attention.
