Q. How do I obtain pricing for a display?

A. Simply click on "Contact Us" to complete and submit our form. Nomadic Display will send you a Product Catalog featuring bare pricing with the name and location of your nearest showroom. You may also call us toll free at 800-732-9395. Or for immediate access to our most popular products, accessories, and replacement products, click on Shop Online.

Q. How fast can I get a display?

A. Fast! Our InstaShip Program has our most popular products available for same or next day delivery with no rush fees. Our inventory includes our signature FlexCounter Diamond and Capsule counters that are also available through InstaShip, along with lights, FabriCounters and shelves.

Q. What's the standard turnaround time for a display?

A. Nomadic's pop up systems ship within 7 days. Custom modular panel systems ship in 10-25 days, and Folding panel systems ship in 10-25 days. Accessories such as bannerstands, counters, etc..ship within 5 days.

Q. How do I order replacement parts for my Nomadic display?

A. Click on Parts Center.

Q. How do I have my display repaired?

A. Call our Customer Service department at 800-732-9395 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Q. How do I find out where my local showroom is?

Q. How do I get information on becoming a Nomadic Display dealer?

Q. How do I rent an exhibit?

A. Nomadic has a rental division located in Las Vegas dedicated to providing rental services; display design, graphic production and labor services.

Rentals is one of the primary sections on nomadicdisplays.com. You can visit the website, click to the rental section and search hundreds of priced rental solutions. Nomadic will rent you any of the prepriced kit, and if you like include the graphics and labor services in a rental proposal. Nomadic's rental designers can easily modify existing rental kits or they can draw from the extensive inventory of rental components to create new designs specific to your needs.

Q. Does Nomadic provide Storage and I&D services?

A. Yes. Nomadic sales offices (New Jersey, Washington DC, New York) and the Las Vegas rental office offer storage and I+D services for Nomadic display owners. Contact your Nomadic representative to learn about availability and pricing.
