No, the general contractor for your show bills you directly for drayage. Most shows charge drayage in increments of 100 pounds. Your show services manual usually provides a fee schedule in the shipping / handling section. We try to minimize the weight of your trade show exhibit rental so you save on drayage costs.
No, the electrical contractor for your show bills you directly for electrical. We provide electrical layouts for you to submit with your electrical order to the show. In many cities show/union rules require that you have a show electrician do all electrical connections. Refer to your show services manual for details.
In general, convention centers allow exhibitors to set-up their own display if it takes under 30 minutes and requires no tools or ladders. Check your show service manual for details on your specific show's local union regulations.
No problem, the majority of our trade show rental displays ship to show sites outside of Las Vegas. We can arrange freight and our national labor partner has labor crews in most major cities across the US.
Freight from any two points in the US is surprisingly similar. Often we ship to points on the east coast for the same or less than points on the west coast. Your trade show exhibit rental proposal will include a freight estimate to review before you make a decision.
