In addition to making the event itself a smooth process, our Event Management Program includes the following services that have proven invaluable to our clients: Inventory and Inspection of your exhibit: Your display will be examined and inventoried after each show and inspected for missing parts or damaged components. Exhibit Portfolio: We maintain a complete portfolio including inventory lists, installation instructions and other relevant information as a reference tool for future shows. This is key for clients who have multiple configurations with their exhibit. Storage: Your exhibit has a permanent home in our secured and climate controlled facility. Show Services Coordination: We coordinate all of your show needs by working with show management to secure electricity, furniture, labor, carpeting, anything you need during the show! Installation and Dismantle Supervision: We can provide on-site supervision of your exhibit installation and dismantle to ensure that it is set up with minimal wear and tear. Shipping: We can manage all of your shipping logistics, including bills of lading, insurance, labels, and all relevant paperwork.
