The quote and drawing is simply our designer's best idea of what will meet your needs. Second revisions are common to refine and hit the solution target.

7. Consider additional costs

Purchasing a new tradeshow display involves more than just the cost of the display. To understand other important factors consider the following:

  • AV. Many Nomadic display designs show plasma TVs and flat panel monitors, However AV is not included in the estimated price Exhibitors generally bring their own AV equipment or rent AV equipment from the show vendor in order to have onsite tech support.
  • Flooring & electrical. You have the option to purchase flooring or rent carpet from the show. Whichever you choose, consider how you will get power to all places required whether it is handled overhead or under a raised floor, or carpeting make sure you understand how much power is required in your booth space and how it will be concealed.
  • Freight. Freight costs to ship your trade show display are largely based on the size and weight of the case or crate. The cost to ship heavy displays can exceed the purchase cost in a modest number of shows, be sure to factor freight costs into your exhibit purchase decision. Exhibit systems in general are lighter than custom exhibits, however one system design can be much lighter than another, so compare the pros and cons of each. There are other factors included in the total cost such as special delivery fees to convention centers and hotels as well as fuel surcharges and driver waiting time during delivery and pickup. Nomadic provides freight estimate’s based on the weight and average conditions.
  • Labor. In most cases the trade show will require that union labor setup and dismantle your nomadic display. Let your sales consultant know if you would like a labor estimate included in your proposal.

8. Lock in your Nomadic Display Order

The exhibit purchase contract is only binding when you sign the final exhibit proposal. Until then your Nomadic representative is working to earn your business at no obligation to you. Signing the exhibit proposal locks your display order in the production schedule. Planning ahead is the best way to insure your tradeshow display is available for your tradeshow dates.

9. Pay for your new Nomadic Display

Payment for your display usually involves a deposit or payment in full. Discuss the terms and conditions with your sales consultant.
